Returns, Exchanges & Order Policy

At Unhinged Sunshine Co., every item is made just for you! Because our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

For all personalized and custom orders, you'll receive a digital mockup for approval before production begins. Please review your mockup carefully, as production will begin once your approval is received.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
